The Terms of Entering the World of Wauqlé

Welcome to Wauqlé.

Wauqlé is a house of independent creation, guided by its own vision rather than the ordinary demands of the many. Those who enter may speak, inquire, suggest, and share what holds meaning to them; Wauqlé listens, considers, and creates according to its own judgment. A request may inspire a creation, but never commands one. By entering the Wauqlé domain, communicating with Wauqlé, or acquiring a Wauqlé creation, you accept this, Accord.

THE DOMAIN

The Wauqlé domain is conceived as an experience rather than a conventional retail environment. Certain elements may require compatible devices, technologies, or permissions. The domain must be used lawfully and with respect for its systems, integrity, and rights. Transactions are reserved for those of appropriate age under applicable law.

THE CREATIONS

Every Wauqlé creation possesses its own character, shaped by material, craft, purpose, and intention. Natural variations and distinctions arising from these elements are inherent to the creation and shall not, by themselves, constitute defects. Where a creation is personalised or bespoke, it is formed with an individual in consideration, and all information entrusted to Wauqlé—including measurements, specifications, references, imagery, names, or other particulars—must be accurate and complete.

Wauqlé may refine, alter, suspend, withdraw, or decline any creation where necessary to preserve its standards, availability, integrity, or creative vision.

THE ACQUISITION

Wauqlé does not operate through an ordinary automated retail process. An acquisition begins in conversation; an enquiry, request, quotation, correspondence, or expression of interest is not an acceptance or an order. An undertaking exists only when Wauqlé expressly accepts it and the necessary terms have been agreed.

Wauqlé remains free to decline an undertaking where a creation cannot be produced, does not meet its standards, or falls outside its vision.

THE BESPOKE CREATION

A creation made specifically for an individual acquires its character through the act of making itself. Once such work has commenced, cancellation, return, or refund may not be available except where required by law or expressly agreed by Wauqlé.

Wauqlé nevertheless stands behind the integrity of its creations. Where a creation arrives materially damaged, materially different from what was agreed, or affected by a genuine defect, Wauqlé should be informed promptly and may request reasonable details or images before determining the appropriate resolution. Nothing in this Accord excludes or limits any right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

THE JOURNEY

Delivery arrangements and expected timeframes shall be communicated privately. Unless expressly guaranteed, stated periods are estimates, and Wauqlé shall not be responsible for reasonable delays arising beyond its control, while material delays shall be communicated were reasonably possible.

THE LEGACY OF WAUQLÉ

The Wauqlé name, identity, insignias, designs, creations, written expressions, visual works, imagery, graphics, digital experiences, and associated intellectual property belong to Wauqlé or their respective rights holders. No ownership is transferred through access or acquisition. Reproduction, copying, alteration, distribution, public display, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without appropriate permission, except were permitted by law.

WHAT IS ENTRUSTED

Any material, image, reference, specification, or other content provided to Wauqlé must be lawfully possessed or authorised for such use. Responsibility for supplied material remains with the person providing it. Wauqlé may refuse any material it considers unlawful, infringing, harmful, or incompatible with its work.

THE CONDUCT OF THE DOMAIN

The Wauqlé domain shall not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of rights, unauthorised access, interference with its operation or security, malicious code, or any other misuse of its systems. Wauqlé may restrict or withdraw access where such conduct occurs.

THE CODE OF DISCRETION

Personal information entrusted to Wauqlé is governed by The Code of Discretion, which establishes the principles concerning its collection, use, protection, retention, disclosure, and applicable rights. It forms a separate legal instrument and shall be read alongside this Accord.

THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

Wauqlé seeks to preserve its digital domain with care, but makes no promise that it shall remain uninterrupted, continuously available, completely secure, or free from error. The House may refine, alter, suspend, or withdraw any part of the digital experience as its world evolves.

BEYOND THE DOMAIN

The Wauqlé experience may involve third-party services including authentication, hosting, communication, delivery, payment, or analytics. Such services remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Wauqlé is not responsible for their independent operation beyond its reasonable control.

THE BOUNDARIES OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wauqlé shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the domain, its services, or its creations. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

THE EVOLUTION OF THE ACCORD

Wauqlé may refine this Accord as its creations, domain, practices, services, or legal obligations evolve. The revised version shall take effect from its stated date, subject to any notice or consent required by applicable law.

THE LAW OF THE ACCORD

This Accord shall be governed by the law applicable to the Wauqlé entity responsible for the relevant relationship or transaction, subject to mandatory rights and protections. Disputes shall be addressed according to the jurisdiction and procedures applicable to that relationship.
